David and Jordan Baugus are a father and son team that have a passion for sports, especially Atlanta sports. While David was born in Florida he has called Georgia home since he can remember and Jordan was born and raised just outside of Atlanta in Snellville, GA. As Jordan was growing up he learned his passion from sports through David. Whether it be their frequent trips to Fulton County Stadium then Turner Field, the Omni and then Phillips Arena, or the Georgia Dome and now Mercedes-Benz Stadium OR the days and years spent on the field, the court, or the diamond as coach and player; David and Jordan have long bonded over their love for sports.
David attended Georgia Tech in the mid 70’s and made every attempt at raising his son as a Yellow Jacket, but over the years Jordan traded in the Black and Gold for the Red and Black which added a whole new dynamic to their relationship over sports. House Divided when it comes to College Sports is an understatement for them, however the rivalry provides for some good debate and clean old fashion hate between the two.
While they both are avid sports fans there is one sports season that stands above the rest for this father and son, NCAA College Football. The season is like none other and when one season ends they begin counting down the days until the next season kicks-off.
